Confirm the style and planning of the model according to the plan, elevation, effect drawing and model requirements provided by Party A. The budgeter shall confirm the model charge and sign the manufacturing service order according to the construction style, model proportion, real estate sales model material process and drawing depth.

技能人员将核对分析图纸，确认模型材质，处理工艺，沙盘模型行业应用广泛制造工期及效果要求，并依照甲方供给的修建效果图进行景象的制造，修建灯火以及景象灯火的装置。质检部司理及项目负责人对照图纸，进行细部检查和调整。

The skilled personnel will check and analyze the drawings, confirm the model material, treatment process, sand table model industry, widely used manufacturing duration and effect requirements, and carry out scene manufacturing, build lights and scene lighting devices according to the construction effect drawings provided by Party A. The manager of the quality inspection department and the project leader shall check and adjust the details according to the drawings.

甲方检验微调：业务司理及技能总监将帮忙甲方作检验微调。

Party A's inspection fine-tuning: the business manager and skill director will help Party A make inspection fine-tuning.

模型出厂检验拍照：摄影师帮忙甲方材料留档及做出厂检验。公司与甲方协模型运输事宜，房地产销售模型可由公司安排模型运输，也能够依据甲方需要由甲方自行运输。

Take photos of model delivery inspection: the photographer helps Party A keep the materials on file and conduct delivery inspection. The company and Party A shall coordinate the model transportation. The real estate sales model can be transported by the company or by Party A itself according to the needs of Party A.

公司工作人员在模型展示地现场调试装置清洁，到达甲方满意后脱离。规划模型的制作是需要一步步工序来完成的。

The company's staff shall debug the device on site at the model display site, and leave after reaching the satisfaction of Party A. The production of planning model needs to be completed step by step.
